Hi, can you please let me know if you are interested to price the plumbing for a house extension in Glen Eden, I am adding two new full bathrooms. Need to do include: - cold water (tee of existing feed). - hot water (new system separate from existing house), I can supply the HWC if you agree to that. - vent (as required) - route to be discussed. - all waste piping under the house (all work will be above ground) connecting to existing sewer at a Tee piece with a screwed lid installed recently as part of sewer alterations I did before starting the excavation. - issue all necessary paperwork required for Building Consent sign off. Let me know your availability over the next 3-4 weeks. It would be great if you have a chance to look at the job and assess proposed layout and connections. This is a 2-storey extension, all work is in the new part, framing will be completed over the next few days. Kind regards, Chris.
