Plumb washing machine in bathroom or outside

We need to move the washing machine either into the bathroom, or if it is possible, make a laundry outside on the deck. Ok with after hours work if required. Washing machine is front loader. It heats its own water. If it goes on the deck we will need someone to build a little waterproof cover for it. Timeframe flexible, mid to end feb pending cost. The deck is next to the kitchen, there is about 1 metre of underfloor / deck access. If it has to go in the bathroom we will need to pull out the basin thing and put a new one in that faces the same way as the w/m.
