Replace shower mixer and install new shower head.

The mixer in our shower is no longer providing any sufficient cold pressure. While it is mains, all other cold taps in the house have good presssure while this is a week dribble. We would like to replace the mixer. The mixer is accessible from the front, but immediately behind the shower is a wardrobe, and we are fine for a hole to be cut to gain access. At the same time, we would also like to swap the shower head out for an adjustable arm type shower (see photo 3 - note, this is for indication only, we are yet to make a decison on the actual type, so any access to brochures much appreciated). This will require drilling into tiles in order to screw the arm in, and then making the screw holes waterproof.
