Leaking residential drainage

Waste drainage cracked, leaking back under house. Had the drains CTV'd and old tile drains approx. 3 m are cracked under concrete slab and deck between house and wastewater connection in back yard. Had quote for drain lining at $5K but am concerned about other storm water drains from roof above this connection may also be leaking water back under the house as heavy rain also directs water down the same channels. I would like to explore all options to resolve the issue as lifting deck and breaking slab or pipe lining expensive and I want to be sure under the house and carport will be dry.
