Cesspit

I need a cesspit installed in my driveway for the garage roof water to run off into before going onto the street. All else is currently in place, but a cesspit was never fitted. We need to have it for our code of compliance to be signed off. The drive is gravel, the pit is supposed to be just in front/to the right side of the right garage door.
