I think our tap needs a washer as it leaks when the mixer is turned to the hot water and when turned back to cold it doesn't leak We also have a leak under our bench which we urgently need looked at

Mike was professional and friendly. He listened to my issue and then investigated the situation at hand. He was able to explain to me in plain language what had happened and how he would address our leak. He then identified another issue we were having and established what was happening and recommended the fix. I'd recommend Mike for jobs and I will definitely be going back to him about some other work we need done
