Our laundry cold water tap is leaking out of the tape when I turn the top spindle to supply the washing machine. it is now constantly dripping, also my bathroom tap is continuously leaking

I engaged Nasrat to do a simple tap job, which turned into something else before he even got there but he took it all in stride and sorted me out in record time. Talked me through the whole job and gave me options. Definitely going to be getting this guy back.
