Fix constant drip from hot water pressure release pipe

As the title says - need to fix a constant drip I have from the cylinder hot water pressure release pipe. Maybe needs a new pressure valve? Or possible adjustment/repair to current valve. Pictures show the constant drip from outside external pipe and the hot water cylinder. Previous plumber installed the copper pipe to stop the drip just going to under the house. Looking for a reliable plumber with good communication that can do this job for a reasonable price and in a timely manner.
