Playground soak hole

Short notice urgent job. Needing this job done as soon as possible by Tuesday 6th June. We need a soak hole installed at our local Kohanga in Waikaremoana. We just had our new playground installed and with the weather it's kind of turned it into a small pond. So needing the water drained out so we can lay metal and compact it ready for the softball matting to be installed on Thursday 9th June.
