Replacing a Toilet.
Job description
The water is filling up the cistern but every 4 mins more water is run into the cistern. I am now turning the tap off after each flush. The water is not dribbling down the back of the pan. So l don’t know where it is going too. The ground outside the toilet window is not soggy so the water is not going there. And the floor in the toilet area is dry. The toilet is old so l want rid of that one. l have bought a new toilet similar, after finding out which was the best one and what trap l needed for what l have there already. I would like to get it done as soon as possible as every time l flush the toilet, l am having to turn the tap off to stop the water topping up the cistern ..

The owner of the business responded straight away, came over to look at the job and gave me options of a cheaper way to fix if l wanted to save money , or if l still wanted to put a new toilet in, even though l did not need to The employee that came did an excellent job, was friendly, polite and very respectful. He did immaculate work, when finished he made sure no rubbish was left lying around. sweeping up. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any that need plumbing done.
