replace old cast iron flange, toilet located next to bedroom and tenant reports that the carpet gets west so suspecting maybe the old pipes are leaking and may need replacing.

job completed and hopefully to satisfaction, won't really know unless leaking issues cease to exist i.e no more wet carpets in bedroom and hallway. For transparency I recommend that Jason provide a more detailed quote breaking the job into specific costs, rather than one bulk figure, That way the customer can see where the costs are.
