Bathroom renovation. Replacing toilet and shower.

We live in Rangiora and are looking to renovate our bathroom. We are planning on leaving the toilet and shower where they currently are but we are going to be upgrading both of them. The toilet is an older style toilet with the vent pipe out the side of it so this would need to be altered to accommodate a newer style toilet. The plumbing in the shower would still remain on the same wall but we will be installing a new corner shower. We are also getting a new laundry sink at the same time as we are fixing and updating the laundry.
