Kitset Shed erected & living quarters to build in

Hi, We are in the process of purchasing an 18x 12 Kitset shed with it going in for council approval within the next 2 weeks. It will have the slab already laid. We are wanting someone to assist us to erect the entire shed, and maybe section off a portion of it, say 12x12 of it and add in a bathroom, and kitchen bench and maybe rooms to be divded off for bedrooms and living quarters similar to a granny flat type all depending on finances. So it may need a fire wall, gibbing, plastering done also. We will have an electrician sorted. we were red stickered in the earthquake and are now just in a caravan and needing this up and running before it gets cold.
