Plumb up water dispenser in Fisher and Paykel Fridge.

We have a 9 month old fridge which needs connecting to the water supply in order for the inbuilt water & ice dispenser to work. Water supply is 1.5m away under a sink, but will need a "y split" connection so water can be supplied to tap and to fridge. There is a wall which the water pipe needs to go through. This is actually an internal slider door and it has been determined there is plenty of space (at least 100mm) to put the pipe through at the far side. The fridge came with a bag of piping, filter and some connections as per photo.
