Plumbing work in the toilet

I would like to install a handheld bidet in our toilet which has a concealed water connection in the cistern. I would also like our bathroom to be re-sealed and a water pipe sealed which is currently leaking and is situated outside the house to collect water from the roof when it rains (exterior plumbing pipe)
