Plumbing and wet back logburner work

Hi we are selling our house and failed site inspection for the following. We need someone who can do this work in the next couple of weeks. Thanks : Failed Items Inspection Items HWC seismic restraints *restraints to be fitted. ADDITIONAL ITEMS (as applicable) Additional FAILED Items 1. Many leaks to HWC to be checked by registered plumber including to solar panel leak. 2. ducting/vent to be removed from flue 3. Fisher logburner to be bolted to hearth, flue shield fitted, flue joins riveted together, flue system to be rectified- no vented ceiling plate in place, inner flue too high.
