Water Supply, Plumbing and Gas Fitting Works for New Dwelling

We are currently in for consent to build a 75m2 dwelling with attached 90m2 3 bay shed in Sefton - steel frame with timber framed walls on the dwelling end, Coloursteel cladding etc., positioned approximately 350m from the road frontage boundary. After pricing for the water supply, plumbing and gas fitting works, which includes: - In-slab drainage. - Water supply from boundary (Hurunui scheme) to existing water tank approximately 350m – trenching by others. - Water supply from tank to building – pump provided by us. - Plumbing first and second fix – fixtures provided by us. - Gas hot water heater. - Gas supply to stove. I will make drawings available to the selected contractors. We would like the price broken down between: - In-slab drainage. - Water supply from road to existing tank. - Water supply from tank to building. - Plumbing work. - Gas work. Cheers
