Relocating house

I am relocating a house (currently a double unit on a concrete foundation) onto a lifestyle block in West Eyreton, it will be moved onto a new concrete foundation. Would need work completed between Mar to May 2013. I have the following pieces of work I'd like some quotes on 1. Plumbing - I will be changing the layout of the two bathrooms and installing all new fixtures. Bathroom 1 will require plumbing for Shower over bath setup, two basins on vanity and toilet. Please provide costs for installing these fixtures as well as the plumbing. Bathroom 2 will require plumbing for shower, one basin on vanity and toilet. Please provide costs for installing these fixtures as well as the plumbing. Kitchen will also require plumbing. I will remove the single sink that is currently installed with a double sink. Require drainage connection for Laundry sink. The hot water cylinders which are currently installed above each set of internal double doors in living rooms will be removed and a single hot water cylinder installed above the logburner as per the attached floorplan. 2. Drainage work to be completed and house sewerage connected to septic system. Waste water management plan required. 3. Concrete foundation, insulated with polystyrene under slab and on edges.
