Update Bathroom

I have recently moved into a two bedroom unit and the bathroom is in drastic need of updating. I have a Corner Shower Unit 895 mm x 895 mm, with three panel door that keeps falling of its runners. I have seen a couple of "nouera" units that I like as well as updated tapware. I also want to replace the vanity unit with something wall mounted. Again I have a number of designs I like. The problem I have is the top of the vanity extends over the bath with a "semi circle" cut out, so any replacement may require some touch up painting.
