Drainage to resolve excessive water retention on section

I am looking to resolve a problem we have encountered on our section. We recently (April 2023) took possession of a new build. However with all the rain we’ve had the entire year, the water is not draining away and the ground stays boggy. Therefore we are looking for solutions to resolve this issue and would prefer to get it sorted early rather than wait a year or 2.
