Bathroom Renovation

Hi there We have been busy renovation out house and next one off the block is the bathroom. We are starting to look at costs for doing this so we can see how much money etc we need to set aside. At this stage we wont be getting into it for a another couple of months but we wanting to get an idea of costs for PLUMBING ONLY. If you can provide a quick estimate of what you think it might cost that would be a great place for us to start. Currently we have a bath/shower and a basin. We are wanting to rearrange the origination. I've attached some rough layout drawings of current to proposed with some rough dimensions. Currently there is 1 hot/cold for the bath/shower and its split off in the bath. We are wanting two separate hot/cold for the bath/shower so the taps controlling the bath are in the centre and the shower taps are up on the wall of the shower. I've got a couple of pictures of the current layout for reference. If you are also able to advise on time frame to complete the work that would be great. Like are we talking a few hours one day to disconnect everything and put pipes in the walls and then come back another day for a few hours once the gibbing has been sorted and new bath/sink is in place? How long will this take. Also question, Wet area requires consent. What consists as a wet area. Is a bath with shower attached and tiled a wet area? Thanks
