leaking HW cylinder, wet-back, pressurised

Leaking 300L HW cylinder, from inspection panel. Steady leak - very wet cupboard. Cylinder has wet-back system and is pressurised. More than 10 years old. We haven't lit the fire yet so only using electrical heat. No-one has travelled or been overseas in household. Would like help asap.
