Urgent job required 1-2 weeks

Hi, I need to turn around our home for rental and have a very short time frame. Basically I need someone to check the general plumbing, unblock a bathroom sink, tighten some taps, check the line from the house to the septic system and water system and put in a new shower unit (integrated) including advising me on options that I can source without delay and will fit where the waste is in the current unit. Any prompt help appreciated.
