New Laundry Plumbing in Workshop

I would like to have laundry plumbing installed in the shed/workshop. there is currently no water/sewer connections out there, it is approximately 5 meters from the kitchen sink to the corner of the workshop, there is concrete between the house and the workshop, so this may need to be trenched to install the water supplies? I don't know where the sewer connection is either
