After noticing our power bill was unusually high and we didn't have much hot water for the shower, we saw that hot water is running down the thin pipe on top of the roof, so we are losing most of it.

Charles rang me and gave me instructions on how to fix my water pressure issue by adjusting the valve myself. So the job was resolved free of charge over the phone. I would definitely recommend Charles for his kindness, honesty snd expertise.
