We need toilet removed - then a flooring is being installed, then we need the toilet reinstated a couple hours later

No problems here with Lionel who was reasonably priced, prompt and no fuss or bother and a job well done. Will definitely use again. He had to unhook the existing toilet, then re instate the existing toilet once new floor was finished.
