Connect new waste, concrete floor

How feasible / expensive is it to add a sink waste in the corner of my garage? I would like to move the laundry there and then renovate and repurpose the existing laundry but the big first question is this waste. Ground floor of 2 storey house. One option I imagined in pic, connecting to nearest existing waste if that is possible. Grey area indicates concrete floor. 'Rumpus' room has joists below floor (ceiling of basement room), basement has concrete block wall. Okay to have pipes on basement wall or cut access from there and patch up. I think it'd be difficult/messy to join outside of house.
