Job description
Overall the job is for adding new pipework, installing shower tray, mixer, and shower column, connecting vanity, and relocating toilet. Pipework is located in crawl space under the house, GIB removed from walls, so all pipes exposed. The job will likely require visits on three days: 1st day: * Replace some existing cold and hot water pipes to remove unnecessary loops; * Add a water outlet for toilet; * Add water lines to shower, vanity; * Fix/replace waste pipes where required; * (time permitting) move toilet pan; * (time permitting) install shower mixer. 2nd day: * Move toilet pan and install shower mixer if not done on day one; * Install shower tray. 3rd day: * Connect vanity; * Connect shower column.

The scope of work has changed during the works, so the job was completed partially. The cost of the job performed was adequate. The remaining job looked more expensive than desired. The job quality is good in all aspects. Make sure to agree on scope and cost prior commencing. Response was very quick and the communication was timely.
