Install downpipe from louvre to storm water downpipe

We have louvres on a second-floor balcony. We need a downpipe fitted from the louvres to a down pipe from the roof. We have all the pipes / fittings and just need it installed. The installed piping would consist of three lengths of pipe totalling six meters, three bends and attaching it into the roof downpipe. There is someone at home on most days so we can arrange a viewing.
