Job description
This job is a like-for-like replacement of a toilet in a property being set up for rental. The replacement unit should operate with existing inlets and outlets. The room is 900 wide, and dimensions for the existing footings are attached. The property is currently vacant, and there is parking space for one service vehicle. Additional parking is available within 50 meters of the property. Simple access to the water supply meter and valve. A spot is available for waste, disposing it is not part of this job. Scope: - Recommend a replacement unit that will fit with existing plumbing and cover up existing footings at the toilet base - Remove existing toilet and put aside - Perform necessary preparation for replacement - Install replacement toilet to a completed working state Quotation should provide a final estimate with GST included and a basic breakdown of site visits required, and overall schedule.
