Additional parking is available within 50 meters of the property. Simple access to the water supply meter and valve. A spot is available for waste, disposing it is not part of this job. Scope: - Recommend a replacement unit that will fit with existing plumbing and cover up existing footings at the toilet base - Remove existing toilet and put aside - Perform necessary preparation for replacement - Install replacement toilet to a completed working state Quotation should provide a final estimate with GST included and a basic breakdown of site visits required, and overall schedule.
