Remove vanity and bath, install new vanity and bath. Seratone (or similar) to be installed around walls of bath and vanity and to side of vanity. Gib stop and skim as neccessary. No painting required. On removing bath and vanity replace chip board flooring only if neccessary. Reuse existing fittings on bath and vanity. Bath - 720mm by 1690mm Vanity - 810mm by approx 550mm
