Old toilet needs replacing. It is sitting on a concrete slab, either that needs smashing out or maybe can plaster around it and keep it there. There is a pipe coming out side wall which will need to be moved to back of new toilet. Laundry tub, taps and cabinet need replacing. There is a small hole in the corner of the floor board under the washing machine that needs repairing. Once finished need new lino laid on the floor.
