Require one new sewer and one new stormwater lateral connection to existing TDC mains - to service a new dwelling. Mains located within Reserve at rear of property, not road frontage. Also require inspection T on exiting sewer connection. Also require approx 40m of 100mmSS laid to replace exiting house connection within site. Plans and further info available. TDC approved contractor required.
