Timeframe: After February 15th; Special Consideration: Site visit needed to determine toilet profile (I suspect skew trap). The existing toilet has a crack. Remove and dispose the toilet. Supply (with owners approval) and install new toilet, at different location and orientation. Any remedial fixes to be included.
