Leaking shower

We need a plumber to come to our house and assess our leaking shower which has gradually damaged the wall. Initially we need something in writing to say how the issue should be fixed. Then, once the insurance company signs off, we’ll need the work done. We need this assessment urgently because we’ve had multiple plumbers not show up or show up and agree to do the assessment and then not do it and not answer or respond to messages when we call to follow up.
