Disconnect wetback and remove chimney flu

Hi, we have a fire place that’s not compliant and want to remove and get a heat pump installed. We can do the demo/removal ourselves but need a professional to disconnect the wetback, and remove the chimney flue, and patch the roof. The roof was brand new last year- and is corrugated colour steel in grey friars. Need this done ASAP Oh and a kitchen tap that needs a washer replaced please- constant drip. Hopeful for help!
