Moving laundry

My property has a studio with a bathroom: a separate hot water cylinder, toilet, and what used to be a shower (I removed it to investigate water ingress issues). I'd like to use the space that used to be the shower as a space for a washing machine and dryer. The piping for the shower is still present (see second photo) and I suppose is ideally repurposed for this. The laundry tub could perhaps be moved from its current location in the main house to the new laundry (happy to discuss better ideas). The finish in the new laundry doesn't need to be fancy -- in the medium term we will probably demolish this studio. Just as long as the pipes don't leak in the mean time.
