Plumbing and electrical for new dishwasher

I need some help getting a new dishwasher installed (purchased already), the kitchen has no water or drainage connections for a dishwasher, so those need installing. If you're also able to arrange a power-point to be put in the kitchen cabinet (there is already one, but it's a single and has the gas hob plugged into it) - that would be very handy too. Summary of work: 1) Install dishwasher water and drainage connections underneath sink. 2) Optional - add a power-point for the dishwasher. Note: I have listed a separate job regarding modifying one of the kitchen cabinets to fit the dishwasher in, if you can take that job on too, let me know.
