Drainage Soak pit

Hi, I need a solution for stormwater disposal - (council approved). Although urgent, at this point I need first some idea of the likely cost, but there is nothing related to soakpits in the 'costs estimater'. I am looking at an ordinary rock-filled pit rather than chamber as it is a clay soil. It will also need drainage channels leading from downpipes to pit - appox length of garage plus a few more metres. The section is flat with a driveway leading straight to the area where the soakpit is needed.
