Plumbing and Guttering
Job description
We have a house that we have moved onto a site in Martinborough and now need the plumbing connected to the services. The bathroom has been guttered and we have supplied a new pedestal vanity, toilet and cistern, claw foot bath so require these to be connected to water and waste and a shower supplied and installed over the bath with a Methven Vetura (sp?) mixer and rose for low pressure. We also need our water and waste pipes connected in the kitchen for kitchen sink and laundry sink/washing machine. Outside we need the guttering connected. Some guttering will need to be replaced. We have had horrendous quotes and believe that we are being ripped off so only looking for genuine plumbers who can help us work to our budget. Services have been installed right to the back of the house where the kitchen and bathroom are, soakpits have been dug and spouting gulleys added already so I dont see why we should be paying $7k + for two to three days work. Our builder is ready to help with removing linings and weather boards where required. The kitchen is going to get renovated within a year or so so we only just need to get things done as simply as possible to get CoC.
