Blocked drain outlet

The drain outside my doorstep floods whenever the washing machine empties, and sometimes when the toilet is flushed. Since either the washing machine or the toilet can cause the flooding, I assume there must be a blockage downstream of where these outlets join. I have tried tipping drain unblocker down the drain which floods, but it didn't seem to work (so I assume the blockage must either be too big, or too far away from the drain hole for the chemical to be effective). There are a couple of manholes on the front lawn, both 15-30 metres away from the flooding drain, and within 5 metres of the street. I do not have the tools to lift the covers of these, so have not checked inside. However, they are both lower than the drain which is flooding, and neither manhole shows signs of flooding. Therefore, I assume the blockage is probably between the flooding drain and one of the manholes. I would like a plumber to come and clear the blockage, preferably tomorrow (Monday), otherwise ASAP.
