outdoor tap and hot water to kitchen and shower tiny.

Outdoor tap, unable to get hose fitment off, to put new one on. seized up, have used crc no go. I have more fittings to try, Another job, Inside the house , the kitchen and shower have poor supply of hot water. Maybe faulty mixers. I moved here just when lockdown started,, for six months now have had poor showers. Sometimes take a bucket of hot water from Laundry to wash hair. Could be the new taps installed before I got here, when they refurbishd the place., possibly cheap taps. My niece from Hamilton will be here soon, as her mother died recently,( my sister, ) I would like to ask her to stay, can't if shower doesn't work. She is Nurse , could n't expect her to use bucket in shower, which I am sick of doing anyway.
