Two-flat renovation

I'm renovating an older house in two flats and need various work done, including plumbing in a HWC, a toilet, two vanities, two sinks, a tub, a bathtub (including laying new pipe in a concrete floor), two showers-over-bath and replacing some of the old copper pipes. I have most of the big fittings, but not installation kits. Gib currently off in relevant places, so looking for sooner rather than later.
