Garage fitout

We have an internally accessed double garage, which we would like to turn into an entrance way for the house, a master bedroom with en-suite, walk in wardrobe and study area. We really just need help with the floor, and external walls before June. We won't be installing the en-suite for awhile but will need the plumbing in place for the new flooring (not sure to do a concrete floor or wood floor).
