Kitchen water leak

Leaking water pipe in our kitchen, somewhere under the workbench unit. Water has seeped under the vinyl planks on the floor, lifting them. Have instigated claim with AMI, they sent R C Jameson Builder out to inspect. He tested for moisture under the planking, positive result, said we had to get the leak fixed first before they would repair the flooring. We will be paying for this, so you do not deal with AMI. House is at edge of Dunsandel township, approx 30 years old. Photo shows where flooring is lifting.
