Showers leaking into walls?

Hi, a builder that did a small job for us noticed that behind one of our showers that our skirting suggested signs of the shower leaking. We also think our other shower has been leaking into walls. We want to see what damage has been done, get that sorted and probably need to install new showers. Showers are probably 15 years old now.
