Blocked grey water drain from kitchen

The drain from directly outside our kitchen is blocked completely. I’ve tried unblocking it but it’s stubborn. (Although grey water it does smell like sewage, so I’m a bit confused at to where it goes). We’re going on holiday tomorrow, but it can obviously be fixed externally, access is easy.
