Kitchen sink drain pipe broken

Hi, the pipe that carries the water from the kitchen sink to the drain, has broken or come away from where it should be. Access is through the manhole at the other end of the house. Height from the ground to floor is good. I don't know the state of the of the surrounding (the pipe) area, but I can't imagine it's too flash... Quotes please
