Extension to septic disposal field - design, consent, construct

We are extending our house from 3 to 6bdrms and will need additional disposal field area. The existing septic tank has sufficient capacity and does not need upgrading. The disposal field will require additional area. I'm looking for someone to design, consent and construct the disposal field extension. Please don't contact me unless you can do all aspects of the job. The job timeframe is now for the design and consent, and 6-18 months away for the construction timeframe. I will be able to provide house plans and the design plan for the original system. Thank you
