Slight water leak from cold washing machine outlet. Checked hoses and turned off valve ( which was a struggle) so now no cold water will fill the washing machine but also no cold water will come out of the basin tap... hot is working fine. I feel it has something to do with valve perhaps being faulty? Please help. Yes I have turned the valve back on ?
